BAK Economics AG, the Swiss Chamber in Italy based in Milan (Swiss Chamber) and NIMBO AG (NIMBO) entered into a collaboration in November 2020 with the aim of intensifying synergies between the individual institutions operating in both Switzerland and Italy through factual support for companies, expert business valuations and economic analyses and information.

During 2020, the Chairman of BAK Economics, Marc Bros de Puechredon, the Secretary General and Director of the Swiss Chamber, Alessandra Modenese Kauffmann, and Marc Uhlmann, Managing Director of NIMBO, noted that there were a number of topics of common interest and a desire to deepen contacts at expert level. In this context, it was decided to consolidate the cooperation between the different entities in a «Memorandum of Understanding».
This cooperation, resulting from the mutual interest in the activities carried out, will make it possible to expand the network of services provided by the actors involved and to promote the cross-border exchange of up-to-date information on economic policy issues between Switzerland and Italy and on the economic situation in the two countries.
