Data protection
BAK Economics wants to promote user confidence in the web and therefore discloses its handling of personal data. Below you will learn what information is collected and how it is handled.

As a rule, you can access all BAK websites without providing any personal information. If your name, address or other personal data are required in individual cases, you will be informed of this beforehand. Your personal user data will be used to make BAK's service as pleasant as possible for you and to improve it.

If you decide to leave personal data to the BAK via the Internet, so that e.g. correspondence can be handled or an order can be executed, then these data are handled carefully according to the strict regulations of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).

When calling up the website, the BAK receives usage data which is stored for backup purposes and may allow identification (e.g. IP address, date, time and pages viewed). These data are evaluated by the BAK in order to learn about user behaviour and to compile statistics. The high security standards of the Teleservices Data Protection Act (TDDSG) and the Data Protection Ordinance for Telecommunications Companies (TDSV) are observed in all measures. No personal utilization takes place. We reserve the right to statistically evaluate anonymous data records.

Disclosure of personal information to third parties

Should data be passed on to service providers within the scope of order data processing, they are bound to the BDSG, other legal regulations and contractually to the Privacy Policy of the BAK. Insofar as the BAK is obliged to do so by law or court order, it will transfer your data to the required extent to bodies entitled to receive information.

The BAK will not pass on your data to third parties for any other purposes without your express consent.

Security

The BAK stores your data on specially protected servers. Only a few persons authorised by the BAK who are involved with the technical, commercial or editorial support of these servers have access to them.

Right of revocation

If you request the BAK not to use your personal data for further contact and/or to delete them, we will proceed accordingly. Data which are absolutely necessary for order processing or for commercial purposes are not affected by a cancellation or deletion.

Please understand that in the event of revocation, the personalized service can no longer be provided, as it is based on the use of customer data.

Your IP address will be immediately made anonymous during this process, so that you as a user remain anonymous to us. Adversiting
